How can we feed Philadelphia? Growing the Grange


This Urban Sustainability Forum will take on the topic of urban agriculture in Philadelphia, exploring ways that growers, markets, and consumers can strengthen and improve Philadelphia's access to healthy, safe and affordable food.  The forum will feature speakers from other cities sharing their experiences on how they established land-based development and policy to promote urban agriculture, and give an overview of Philadelphia’s current farm and policy initiatives This event is an opportunity to learn from some exemplary models of how we can increase access to fresh food, promote sustainable agriculture, and promote policy-friendly initiatives for growing the grange.
